Thanks for posting this! I’m going to share it with my vestry and other leaders at Church of the Good Shepherd in Sioux Falls. We are seeming to be stuck at around 20-30 people and trying to grow now that we’ve lost some toxic folks. This provides some good ideas of where to focus.
We had a very fruitful discussion on your interview and about how we could strategize for growth in our church. For myself, it has challenged me to be a bit more diligent about following up with visitors and inviting them to coffee. We plan to continue to discuss your article in future meetings!
