Last week, we began ‘Gesimatide’ - the three Sundays before Lent - by looking at Paul’s use of a race as analogy for the Christian life and Jesus’ parable of the workers in the vineyard. This week, the focus shifts to emphasize suffering in 2 Corinthians and faith in Luke.
